Code of Conduct

We've established this Code of Conduct to help guide behaviour and codify the values that underpin our community. This Code of Conduct sets out our expectations of you when you participate in one of our Programs.

1. Comply with all applicable laws, and all of our reasonable requests or requirements.
2. Treat all fellow participants and instructors with dignity and respect, including respecting any requests they make with regards to their confidential information, this includes not talking about others while they are not present.
3. Be open to having meaningful discussions with fellow participants and open to receiving feedback.
4. Cooperate with us, and provide us with information and instructions that are reasonably necessary to enable us to provide our Programs to you and comply with these requests in a timely manner.
5. Help to create an environment where fellow participants are safe from emotional, physical, verbal and sexual abuse.
6. Not disclose any information about yourself or your business to any other participant where you would ordinarily execute a non-disclosure agreement with them.
7. Not do anything which we would consider inappropriate; or anything which might bring us or our business into disrepute, including:
   • anything that would constitute a breach of an individual's privacy (including uploading private or personal information without an individual's consent) or any other legal rights;
   • using our services to defame, harass, threaten, menace or offend any person;
   • providing participants with links to inappropriate, offensive or illegal material;
   • making any comments that could be considered intolerant of a person's race, culture, appearance, gender, sexual preference, religion or age;
   • tampering with or modifying our Site;
   • using our services to send unsolicited email messages; or
   • facilitating or assisting a third party to do any of the above acts.
8. Observe any applicable rules or conditions that are introduced or otherwise communicated by us, from time to time.
9. Not be under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription drugs when at any event or when participating in any Program.
10. Sign and register before participating in any event.
11. Not engage in reckless, foolish or negligent behavior, or any other behavior, which may, in our reasonable opinion, create a risk of injury to you or a third party when at an event.
12. Respect all fellow participants, equipment and facilities and ensure you leave equipment as you found it at an event.
13. Keep any belongings and valuables you bring to any event safe.
14. Wear suitable clothing at all times when participating in an event or any strenuous exercise.
